Culinary Highlights at the Hotel & Art Kristiana

The way to one’s heart is through one's stomach. That also applies to a holiday! Beautiful continental meals are prepared daily by our chef de cuisine at the four-star Kristiana Hotel. Typical Pinzgau specialties are created with high-quality regional ingredients. A great holiday starts with a good breakfast, before your skiing or cycling day begins.
At the four-star Kristiana Hotel, our wide-spread breakfast buffet is available from 8:00am to 10:00am. If you happened to have a late-night at one of the Après-Ski bars, you can choose between the late-riser breakfast at the bar (10:30am - 2:00pm, at an additional fee of €10.00) or the room-service breakfast (additional €10.00 fee).
 
 
Breakfast

For breakfast, enjoy an extensive selection of regional specialties and delightful organic delicacies. We also welcome lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements. 

The art of dining - Culinary delights

In the evening, enjoy a multi-course meal with a vegetarian option. Meat and poultry primarily from Austria, fresh fish as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables are carefully prepared by our culinary team.

A hearty snack for in-between

Upon request, our kitchen will gladly prepare a small á la carte meal for you. If you return to the hotel earlier than expected and want to bridge the time to dinner, delicious snacks and cakes will be waiting for you. These are particularly enticing whenever you're feeling peckish during the afternoon.
