Cancellation
Sounds unpleasant, it is for you as well as for us. It's a pity when rooms remain vacant, although others like to
would have come. On the other hand: Something can happen to anyone. Our request: Please inform us
in time. We ask for your understanding, if we have to charge cancellation fees according to the cancellation conditions of
Austrian hotel contract conditions:
up to 1 month before arrival date - no cancellation fee
up to 2 weeks before arrival - 40% of the total price
up to 1 week before the arrival day - 70% of the total price
in the last week as well as in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 90% of the price
Hotel cancellation insurance
We would like to spare you the costs and trouble associated with a cancellation. Therefore we recommend
as a precaution, we offer you the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance
at the Europäische Reiseversicherung. This now also covers cases relating to Covid-19.
Arrival and departure
Your room is ready for occupancy at 15:00 on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 19:00 o'clock, please inform us briefly.
On the day of departure the rooms are available until 11:00 am.
With the publication of the current price list all previous price lists lose their validity. Errors and changes
reserved. Otherwise, the relevant provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) shall apply.
Place of performance is 5753 Saalbach, place of jurisdiction is Saalfelden.

The rooms will be reserved by a deposit.
